Late last year the International Bitumen Emulsion Federation (IBEF) held its winter seminar on Bitumen emulsions and sustainability. We were incredibly proud to have Darcy Rogers invited to present on the environmental and social benefits of using bitumen emulsion over hot cut back bitumen in New Zealand.
