Late last year the International Bitumen Emulsion Federation (IBEF) held its winter seminar on Bitumen emulsions and sustainability. We were incredibly proud to have Darcy Rogers invited to present on the environmental and social benefits of using bitumen emulsion over hot cut back bitumen in New Zealand. Our Theia Smart Camera has recently been upgraded to a portable trailer, recently hired by the NPDC to receive data on State Hiway 43. Able to collect insights such as traffic type, vehicle speed, vehicle count and lane distribution all from the safety on the side of the road.
