Steve has been a key member of the Road Science laboratories for over 18 years, recognised for his strong client engagement and dedication to delivering high-quality and timely service. With deep expertise in asphalt and mix design testing, as well as aggregate and on-site testing for paving and construction projects, Steve leads a team of eight staff and plays a pivotal role in ensuring technical excellence.

Steve supports clients with technical tender reviews and serves as an IANZ Key Technical Person, overseeing a laboratory scope of more than 70 tests. Passionate about collaboration, Steve works closely with customers and operational teams to ensure the laboratory continues to deliver value through providing quality pavement and construction testing solutions.
